Intro to Robotics With micro:bit

In these classes students will learn how to program a simple robot to drive by itself or be controlled by a human. No previous programming experience necessary for either class. Recommended for students grade four through eight.

Autonomous programming 12:00 – 1:30 $35

Robo-Ball 2:00 – 3:30 $35

In this class students will play a game similar to soccer or hockey with their robots. First they will program their robot to communicate with a controller, then they will build a simple mechanism to help the robot control a ball. Intro to Coding With Makecode Arcade II

Have you ever wanted to program your own videogame?

In these classes students will program and play a simple dungeon crawler style videogame using a block-based programming language called Microsoft Makecode Arcade. There are two classes available, students can sign up for one or both. Recommended for students grade four through eight.

Level 1: Basic Dungeon Crawler 12:00 – 1:30 $35

Program a basic dungeon crawler style game (navigate a maze, avoid enemies). No previous experience necessary.

Level 2: Advanced Dungeon Crawler 2:00 – 3:30 $35

Program a more advanced dungeon crawler (bigger map, better loot). Familiarity with basic programming required.

Arts And Crafts Engineering Challenge
